Legal Zoning and Building Regulations
To create and preserve its unique beauty, Alita’s Zoning and Building Code, approved by a Presidential Decree, is exacting in detail and comprehensive in scope. Constructions will not exceed three storeys, and all residential buildings will include white stone facades, red tile roofs and surrounding gardens.
Alita Infrastructure
All infrastructure insures efficient services. In ALITA there are more than ten kilometers of roads, all ten meters wide.
No electricity or telephone poles will obstruct the view of the countryside, as piping for electricity, street lighting, telephone and water networks will be installed underground to reach every home.
