ALITA DEVELOPMENT COMPANY s.a.r.l was created as a cooperative entity uniting all the landowners as shareholders to maintain the efficiency of public services.
Every land or building owner has to own a share in this cooperative endeavor. Its Engineering Committee will oversee all constructions in ALITA and ensure the proper implementation of the town’s Building Code.
